Agave Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Agave Roasted Sweet Potatoes




•2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1-inch pieces

•2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

•2 tablespoons Blue Agave

•4 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil

•1 drop Black Pepper essential oil

•Fine sea salt (to taste)



Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, mix Blue Agave, olive oil, Cinnamon Bark essential oil, Black Pepper essential oil, and salt to create a glaze.

Add the sweet potatoes to the glaze and stir until evenly coated.

Arrange the sweet potatoes onto a large rimmed baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast for approximately 25–30 minutes, turning the sweet potatoes halfway through.
